At Comunidad Educativa Arbole, we believe that choosing a school is an important decision.
That is why our admissions process is thoughtfully designed to give families the opportunity to get to know us, experience our educational approach, and make an informed and supported decision.
Our
admission process
1. Schedule a Visit
We invite you to tour our campus and meet with the School Director to learn more about our educational approach, ask questions, and share your child’s needs.
This first visit is an opportunity to listen, get to know one another, and explore whether Arbole is the right environment to support your child’s growth and development.
2. Student Experience Days
After the initial visit, your child joins us for two full school days, naturally integrating into the group’s daily rhythm.
During these days, your child will:

Connect and interact with classmates

Participate in academic and project-based activities

Get to know their teachers and the school team

Experience daily life at Arbole in a natural and authentic way
This time allows us to closely support your child’s experience and thoughtfully observe their adjustment to the school environment.
3. Family Meeting & Guidance
At the conclusion of the Student Experience Days, the School Director meets with the family to share the social and academic observations gathered during your child’s time in the classroom.
During this meeting, we reflect together on:

How your child felt in the classroom

Their integration into the group

Their participation in activities

Their strengths, interests, and needs
The purpose of this conversation is to thoughtfully determine, together, whether Arbole is the right environment to support your child’s academic, social, and emotional development.
